Lexi Linsenman (Lexi@ColumbiaUrbanAg.org) is CCUA's Development Manager working to cultivate and connect the community to CCUA's mission and programs. Lexi is a Registered Dietitian and Chef who loves educating others about the importance of nutrient dense food and developing healthy relationships with it. She recently moved from St. Louis to Columbia in 2022 to be with her partner and closer to their farm. They have 4 head of cattle and hope to grow the herd and engage in Regenerative Agriculture practices. She loves hiking, gardening and plating "edible art" in her free time.
