The Inclusive Impact Institute is committed to creating diverse and inclusive communities through training and education, consulting, community engagement and leadership development. Director Nikki McGruder previously served as Regional Manager of the Columbia Branch of the Diversity Awareness Partnership. Through Nikki’s leadership, more than 12,000 community members and several businesses and organizations have been impacted through inclusive events, training and community dialogues.
