Ellen Arnold, a senior home school student from Ashland, MO received the 2013 Central Missouri Chapter CPCU Society scholarship. Her submission was selected as the winning essay for this year's competition.
Candidates wrote an essay on the following topic: Identify the reasons teens have more serious accidents than most other age groups and discuss the steps that could be taken in schools, society or at the individual level to improve the situation.
The Central Missouri Chapter would like to thank all scholarship applicants for their hard work and commitment to continuing education.
