Barbara Buffaloe is the Sustainability Manager for the City of Columbia, Missouri. She serves in a leadership role within the City of Columbia, providing general oversight and direction of department work to achieve the goals of the Climate Action & Adaptation Plan. Barbara is on the Board of Directors of the Urban Sustainability Directors Network, a peer network of local government sustainability officials across the United States and Canada dedicated to creating a healthier environment, economic prosperity, and increased social equity. Buffaloe holds a BS in Environmental Design and a MS in Environment & Behavior from the University of Missouri.
